Scottie Scheffler, the reigning Masters champion, recently revealed his menu for the Masters Champions Dinner, an annual event hosted by the current champion for all living Masters winners. This will be Scheffler’s second time hosting the dinner, and his menu includes a variety of appetizers, a new first course, and a main course selection. Some of the items on the menu are returning from Scheffler’s 2023 dinner, while others are new additions. One interesting addition is the “Papa Scheff’s meatball and ravioli bites,” considering Scheffler’s previous injury from making ravioli at a rental house.

The appetizers on Scheffler’s menu include cheeseburger sliders “served Scottie style” and firecracker shrimp, along with the new addition of ravioli bites. The first course is a new addition as well, featuring “Texas-style chili” served with cheddar, jalapenos, and corn chips. Former Masters winners may be relieved that this year’s menu does not include the tortilla soup from the previous dinner, which was deemed too spicy by some attendees. Scheffler’s main course options include wood-fired cowboy ribeye or blackened redfish, along with various side dishes like family-style macaroni and cheese and soy-glazed brussel sprouts.

The dessert on Scheffler’s menu is a “warm chocolate chip skillet cookie,” paired with vanilla bean ice cream. The overall menu for this year’s dinner is mostly similar to Scheffler’s 2023 menu, with a few new additions and changes to the ice cream selection. The Masters Champions Dinner is scheduled to take place on April 8, with the tournament starting two days later. Scheffler’s menu reflects his personal preferences and Texas roots, featuring dishes like Texas-style chili and wood-fired cowboy ribeye.

In previous years, the Champions Dinner has been a highlight for Masters winners, showcasing the culinary skills and personal tastes of the reigning champion. The tradition of hosting a dinner for past champions dates back to 1952, with each new champion adding their own unique twist to the menu. The dinner has become a symbol of camaraderie and tradition among Masters champions, who come together to celebrate the legacy of the tournament and share in the experience of hosting and attending the annual event.

Scheffler’s menu has received mixed reactions from former Masters winners, with some praising the new additions and others expressing concern over the spiciness of certain dishes. However, the overall consensus is that Scheffler’s menu reflects his personality and tastes, adding a touch of Texan flair to the traditional Masters dinner. As the reigning champion, Scheffler has the opportunity to showcase his culinary skills and creativity, while also paying homage to the history and tradition of the Masters Champions Dinner.

Overall, Scheffler’s menu for the upcoming Masters Champions Dinner promises to be a memorable and delicious experience for all attendees. With a combination of classic favorites and unique additions, Scheffler’s menu reflects his personal style and culinary preferences. The dinner will serve as a celebration of Scheffler’s victory at the Masters, as well as a chance for all living Masters winners to come together and enjoy a night of gourmet food and camaraderie.
