Introducing the Wilson DYNAPWR Max+ Driver: A Game-Changer for Golfers

Wilson Golf has expanded its acclaimed DYNAPWR driver series with the unveiling of the DYNAPWR Max+ driver. Designed to be the most forgiving and straightest driver in the brand’s history, this innovative club promises enhanced performance for golfers of all skill levels.

Exceptional Forgiveness with an Unmatched MOI

The DYNAPWR Max+ boasts an impressive moment of inertia (MOI) exceeding the 10K mark, a significant advancement that contributes to greater stability at impact. This development is particularly beneficial for golfers who may struggle with consistent sweet spot contact, enabling straighter tee shots and improved ball flight.

A Fully Adjustable Design for Personalized Performance

Golfers seeking customization will appreciate the DYNAPWR Max+’s fully adjustable features. It includes a six-way adjustable hosel and an adjustable rear weight, allowing players to fine-tune their spin and launch conditions for optimal tee performance.

Adjustable Features of DYNAPWR Max+

“With the Max+ driver, we’ve reached 10K MOI without increasing the clubhead mass. Our approach allows us to maintain high clubhead speeds while achieving unparalleled forgiveness.” — Jared Guttmann, Wilson’s Manager of Advanced Golf R&D

Enhanced Aerodynamics

Advanced PKR-360 Face Design

The DYNAPWR Max+ features a re-engineered PKR-360 (Peak Kinetic Response) face construction, optimizing performance and enhancing aerodynamics for quicker clubhead speeds. This innovative design builds on the foundation of the 2025 DYNAPWR models, emphasizing heel-side performance while ensuring speed and consistency across the face.

PKR-360 Face Design

This newly developed face construction offers 21% more face-insert control and 17% more perimeter control on the topline and leading edge, delivering a face that is both lighter and faster than ever before. The engineers removed 5 grams from the face to enhance forgiveness while maintaining the low overall clubhead mass.

Optimized Bulge and Roll Geometry

Optimized Face Design

The DYNAPWR Max+ also features optimized bulge and roll geometry, specifically engineered with a rounder profile to enhance performance on off-center strikes. This design seeks to manage the gear effect from mishits, effectively retaining spin and contributing to tighter dispersion and improved accuracy.

Lightweight Carbon Crown and Redesigned Head Shape

The incorporation of a lightweight carbon crown and an innovative head shape allows for enhanced usable volume throughout the driver body. This combination frees up discretionary mass, allowing for better placement of weight farther from the center of gravity and towards the perimeter. As a result, golfers can expect higher total MOI and greater forgiveness on off-center strikes.

Redesigned Head Shape

To maximize playability, the refined head shape features a high toe flare to enhance visual confidence at address. Furthermore, Wilson’s engineers have utilized advanced topology optimization techniques to refine the acoustics of the Max+ driver, resulting in a satisfying sound at impact.

“We wanted to not only create the straightest and most forgiving driver in our history, but also ensure it looks and sounds incredible.” — Jared Guttmann, Wilson’s Manager of Advanced Golf R&D
