A rare achievement: Monday qualifier achieves a feat accomplished only five times on this tour

Timmy Crawford, a 23-year-old golfer playing in his first PGA Tour-sanctioned event at The Ascendant at TPC Colorado, made history by scoring a hole-in-one on a par-4 during the third round. The par-4 third hole at TPC Colorado is 365 yards with a carry over the water of 336 yards, making it a challenging hole. Crawford’s shot with a driver landed directly in the hole, marking only the fifth hole-in-one on a par-4 in Korn Ferry Tour history.
