Last week’s match saw a lopsided victory for the Los Angeles Golf Club over Tiger Woods’ Jupiter Links Golf Club, with LAGC winning 12-1. For week 3, Atlanta will be represented by Justin Thomas, Patrick Cantlay, and Billy Horschel, while New York’s lineup includes Rickie Fowler, Cameron Young, and Matt Fitzpatrick. The format for the match will consist of competing on a nine-hole simulator course in triples, followed by alternate appearances in one-hole singles matches with live short game shots and putting around the stadium’s high-tech putting green.

The Hammer rule has been a unique feature of TGL matches, adding an element of unpredictability and suspense to the competition.

With top golfers from both teams, including Justin Thomas, Patrick Cantlay, Rickie Fowler, and Cameron Young, the match is sure to feature high-level play and intense competition. The format of the match, with triples on a nine-hole simulator course followed by one-hole singles matches, adds a dynamic element to the competition, keeping viewers engaged and entertained throughout the broadcast.
