Golf practice can be a challenging task, especially when time is limited. To improve your game efficiently, Top 100 Teacher Ed Oldham suggests using a 30-ball drill. This drill allows you to focus on key elements of your game in a structured manner within a short period of time. By dividing your practice into segments focusing on technique, skill development, and playing a fun game, you can make the most of your practice sessions even when time is limited.

The first 10 balls of the drill are dedicated to working on technique. Oldham advises taking practice swings, using video feedback, and exaggerating motions to facilitate faster improvements. The next 10 balls should be used to improve a specific skill, such as clubface control or finding the low point of the club when hitting the ground. For the final 10 balls, Oldham recommends playing a fun game to keep practice engaging and enjoyable.

In addition to using drills like the 30-ball drill, golfers can also benefit from training aids like the Sure-Strike. This golf swing trainer is designed to help golfers master their swing mechanics, creating a permanent shift in performance. The Sure-Strike focuses on improving timing, swing path, attack angle, sequence, and swing plane, resulting in more efficient and powerful swings. Suitable for golfers of all skill levels, this training aid is built with precision and durability in mind to enhance the golfing experience.

With consistent practice using tools like the Sure-Strike and structured drills like the 30-ball drill, golfers can see significant improvements in their game. By focusing on key elements such as technique, skill development, and game-like scenarios, players can make the most of their practice time even when faced with time constraints. Ultimately, efficient and targeted practice can lead to better performance on the golf course and a more enjoyable experience overall.
