L.A.B. Golf has introduced the OZ.1 and OZ.1i putters, priced at $599.99 each, offering golfers the benefits of zero torque and more consistency on the greens in a traditional putter shape. These putters are made of 100% aluminum (OZ.1) or feature an aluminum body with a stainless steel face insert (OZ.1i), with customizable options for lie angle, head weight, alignment markings, and grip. The OZ.1i is set to be available in December, while the OZ.1 will be available in January.

These putters are designed for golfers who want to eliminate face rotation during their strokes for increased consistency. L.A.B. Golf collaborated with Australian golfer Adam Scott to create a mallet-style putter that incorporates the company’s Lie Angle Balance technology while offering a more traditional shape. The OZ.1i features a milled face insert for a different feel compared to the OZ.1.

Zero-torque putters have been a prominent trend in golf equipment, and L.A.B. Golf has been a leading player in this space. The company’s previous offerings, such as the DF 2.1, Mezz, and DS3 putters, introduced golfers to Lie Angle Balance. The OZ.1 and OZ.1i continue this trend by providing golfers with a way to keep the putter face square to the stroke path, regardless of their stroke style.

Both the OZ.1 and OZ.1i putters feature on-set shafts, where the shaft enters the putter behind the face. This design contributes to a cleaner look while maintaining the benefits of zero-torque technology. Golfers who prefer a forward press can choose a 2-degree Shaft Lean option and L.A.B.’s Press Grip for added customization.

The OZ Series putters are milled from aluminum and feature a semi-circular mallet shape that was developed with input from Adam Scott. A new zero-degree Shaft Lean option is available, allowing golfers to achieve optimal balance and consistency during their strokes. The OZ.1 has an aluminum face for a softer feel, while the OZ.1i features a stainless steel face insert for a firmer feel and a distinct sound at impact.

Customization is a key aspect of the OZ Series putters, with golfers being able to tailor nearly every aspect of the putter to suit their putting style. From lie angle to grip type, golfers have the ability to create a putter that matches their unique preferences. The OZ.1 and OZ.1i putters are available in a variety of custom colors to further personalize the golfer’s experience.

In conclusion, the L.A.B. Golf OZ.1 and OZ.1i putters are innovative offerings for golfers looking to improve their putting consistency. With zero-torque technology, customizable options, and input from professional golfer Adam Scott, these putters offer a unique combination of performance and traditional design. Whether you prefer a softer feel or a firmer impact, the OZ Series putters provide versatility and customization for golfers of all skill levels.
