PXG, known for its high-quality golf equipment, recently expanded its golf ball lineup with the introduction of two new models – Tour and Tour X. These new three-piece balls feature a thin urethane cover, robust polybutadiene cores, and an ionomer layer to decouple launch and spin. The Tour X offers a firmer feel, enhanced spin, and higher trajectory compared to the Tour, making it a good option for golfers who require more spin and a higher trajectory. With a 388 dimple pattern on the urethane cover, these balls are engineered to deliver efficient aero characteristics for maximum distance off the tee without affecting iron and wedge spin.
PXG Founder and CEO Bob Parsons expressed his excitement about expanding the golf ball lineup, stating that the launch of their first golf ball was a huge success and they are now taking it to the next level with the introduction of the new Tour and Tour X balls. These options allow golfers to confidently choose the ball that best fits their playing style and performance goals. Both the Tour and Tour X balls are available in ultra-bright white and yellow colors, with the yellow option being based on consumer feedback. The retail price for both models is $49.99 per dozen.
The Tour and Tour X balls are designed to provide golfers with options that cater to their individual preferences and playing styles. Whether a player requires more spin and a higher trajectory or prefers a softer feel with enhanced control, PXG’s new golf balls offer versatility and performance. The success of PXG’s Xtreme golf ball from last year was a preview of the brand’s commitment to innovation and excellence in golf equipment.
PXG’s expansion of its golf ball lineup demonstrates the brand’s dedication to providing golfers with high-quality equipment that can enhance their performance on the course. The Tour and Tour X balls are the latest additions to PXG’s range of premium golf products, which include clubs, bags, and accessories. With a focus on technology and performance, PXG continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in golf equipment.
Golfers looking to upgrade their equipment for the 2024 season can benefit from PXG’s new Tour and Tour X golf balls, which offer advanced features and customization options. The ability to choose between different models based on individual preferences and requirements allows players to optimize their performance and maximize their potential on the course. By investing in high-quality gear like PXG’s golf balls, golfers can improve their game and enjoy a more satisfying experience on the course.
