Scottie Scheffler, the latest winner on the PGA Tour at the Memorial Tournament, continued his dominant 2024 season with a one-shot victory over Collin Morikawa and a strong leaderboard that included Sepp Straka, Adam Hadwin, Ludvig Aberg, and Xander Schauffele. As Scheffler prepares for the upcoming U.S. Open at Pinehurst, let’s take a closer look at the gear setup he used to secure his latest win.

One of the key components of Scheffler’s winning setup is his TaylorMade P7TW irons, which were originally made for Tiger Woods. These irons have been a favorite among tour players for their combination of precision and feel. Scheffler also relies on a Srixon Z U85 utility iron in both a 3 and 4 designation, along with a set of Titleist Vokey Design wedges to help him around the greens.

In addition to his irons and wedges, Scheffler also utilizes a full bag of Srixon Z-Forged irons, providing him with the control and accuracy he needs to compete at the highest level. His driver of choice is the TaylorMade Stealth Plus, which gives him the distance and forgiveness required to navigate long par-4s and par-5s. Scheffler also trusts his Odyssey White Hot OG #1 putter to help him make crucial putts under pressure.

Scheffler’s success on the PGA Tour can be attributed to his consistent ball-striking and ability to make putts when they matter most. By relying on a combination of precision irons, versatile utility clubs, and reliable wedges, Scheffler has been able to secure multiple victories during the 2024 season. As he looks ahead to the U.S. Open, Scheffler’s gear setup will play a crucial role in his quest for his first major championship.

The TaylorMade P7TW irons in Scheffler’s bag are a testament to the quality and performance that tour players demand from their equipment. Originally designed for Tiger Woods, these irons offer a unique blend of control, workability, and feel that is unmatched in the industry. Scheffler’s confidence in these irons is evident in his consistent ball-striking and ability to shape shots under pressure.

Scheffler’s use of Srixon Z-Forged irons further highlights his commitment to precision and control on the course. These irons provide him with the consistency and feedback he needs to dial in his distances and hit the ball close to the pin. Paired with his TaylorMade Stealth Plus driver, Scheffler’s bag is a testament to the importance of having the right mix of distance, accuracy, and feel at the professional level.

As Scheffler continues to rise through the ranks of professional golf, his gear setup will play a crucial role in his success. By trusting in the performance and reliability of his equipment, Scheffler is able to focus on his game and compete at the highest level. With his recent win at the Memorial Tournament and the upcoming U.S. Open on the horizon, Scheffler’s gear setup will be a key factor in his quest for more victories and potentially his first major championship.
