The final round of the 2025 Players Championship has been moved up a couple of hours on Sunday morning due to inclement weather in the forecast for Sunday afternoon. The PGA Tour announced that the final round will be played in threesomes, on split tees, with tee times starting between 8 a.m. and 10:01 a.m. ET. If play is not completed before severe weather hits the area and play is suspended, there is still a chance the tournament can finish later Sunday after a delay, otherwise, it will be a Monday finish. The tournament leader, J.J. Spaun, is sitting at 12 under, with Bud Cauley one back at 11 under.
