The nominations for the England Golf Awards 2025 are now open, with the ceremony set to take place on April 2nd at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate. This year, there will be 12 awards presented, as well as some new names being inducted into the England Golf Hall of Fame. Individuals, clubs, and counties who have made significant contributions to growing the game in 2024 are eligible for nominations.

In recognition of the efforts made by golf facilities to make the game more inclusive and accessible, a new award category has been added this year. The ‘Facility of the Year’ award will honor a standout facility that has made a positive impact on the golf community. Last year, England Golf celebrated its centenary by inducting 12 inaugural members into the Hall of Fame, and this year’s ceremony will see more legends added to that list.

The England Golf Award Categories include Club of the Year, County of the Year, Lifetime Service Award, Volunteer of the Year, and more. Nominations are open to the public for all categories except for Performance of the Year and Tournament Venue of the Year, which are internal nominations. The Hall of Fame inductees will be selected by a panel of experts.

To nominate someone for an award, individuals can visit the England Golf website and submit their nominations by December 2nd. Finalists will be announced in January, leading up to the awards ceremony in April. Tickets for the event can also be purchased through the website.

The England Golf Awards aim to recognize and celebrate the achievements of individuals and organizations who have made a positive impact on the game of golf. By honoring those who have gone above and beyond to promote and grow the sport, England Golf hopes to inspire others to continue their efforts in making golf more accessible and inclusive for all.

The awards ceremony will provide a platform for nominees to be recognized for their hard work and dedication to the game of golf. It is an opportunity for the golfing community to come together and celebrate the successes and achievements of those who have made a significant difference in the industry.

As the golfing landscape continues to evolve, it is important to acknowledge and reward those who are leading the way in innovation and inclusivity. The England Golf Awards 2025 will shine a spotlight on the individuals and organizations who are driving positive change within the sport.

By highlighting the achievements of these individuals and organizations, the England Golf Awards aim to inspire others to follow in their footsteps and contribute to the growth and development of golf in the years to come. The awards ceremony will be a celebration of excellence in the golfing community and a testament to the hard work and dedication of those who are making a difference.
