PopStroke, a miniature golf and entertainment concept backed by Tiger Woods, is expanding its presence in Texas with a new venue in Northeast Austin at the Parmer Austin corporate campus. Named PopStroke at the Pitch, this venue will offer two 18-hole mini-golf courses, family-friendly entertainment options, and culinary amenities including a made-from-scratch dining experience and craft cocktails.

Construction is set to begin later this year, with the goal of opening in the spring of 2025. This location will precede a planned venue in Cedar Park, making it the first of its kind in Central Texas. PopStroke’s unique design features buildings made from premium shipping containers, setting it apart from traditional mini-golf facilities.

The Parmer location will join three other PopStroke venues in Texas, located in The Colony, Katy, and College Station. The company’s expansion plans also include a new location in Cedar Park, featuring a 14,000-square-foot restaurant and bar alongside two miniature golf courses.

The Parmer Austin campus, home to the St. David’s Performance Center and Austin FC II, will provide a vibrant backdrop for the new PopStroke venue. The Pitch, a popular gathering spot for locals, offers a diverse range of activities and events, making it an ideal location for a family-friendly entertainment destination like PopStroke.

PopStroke’s founder and CEO, Greg Bartoli, expressed excitement about bringing the concept to Austin and the University of Texas community. With a focus on uniting people through golf entertainment and creating lasting memories, PopStroke aims to cater to students, families, young professionals, and retirees in the dynamic Austin market.

The menu at PopStroke will feature smash burgers, chicken tenders, and a full-service ice cream parlor with specialty milkshakes. Outdoor activities like ping pong, foosball, and cornhole will complement the mini-golf courses, providing a variety of entertainment options for guests of all ages.

In partnership with the University of Texas and IBM, the Parmer Austin campus continues to evolve as an innovation center for industry leaders. The addition of PopStroke enhances the campus’s appeal, offering employees and visitors a unique work/play environment with unmatched amenities.

With a focus on providing a one-of-a-kind mini-golf experience in Central Texas, PopStroke’s expansion plans align with the growing demand for family-friendly entertainment options in the region. The new venue in Austin is expected to create jobs and attract tourists, further solidifying PopStroke’s reputation as a leading destination for golf entertainment.
