The TGL match between Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy is set to take place at the Sofi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. It will be the fourth match of the inaugural TGL season, and is highly anticipated as it marks the first face-off between league founders Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy. Tiger will be playing for his Jupiter Links Golf Club team, alongside Kevin Kisner and Tom Kim, while Rory will lead the Boston Common Golf team with Keegan Bradley and Adam Scott.

In their previous match, Tiger’s team suffered a 12-1 defeat against a team led by Collin Morikawa. Despite the loss, the match drew the biggest TV ratings so far for a TGL event. The format for the upcoming match will involve competing on a nine-hole simulator course in triples, followed by alternate appearances in one-hole singles matches. Short game shots and putting will happen live around the stadium’s high-tech putting green, while most shots will be played on the simulator.

ESPN will provide exclusive TV coverage of the TGL match, starting at 6:30 p.m. ET on Monday night. Additionally, ESPN+ will offer streaming coverage online for those who cannot watch it on TV. An ESPN+ subscription will grant access to PGA Tour Live, allowing viewers to stream the best PGA Tour events from any location. This partnership with ESPN gives fans multiple ways to watch the highly anticipated match between two golf legends.

The presence of Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy in the TGL match has generated a significant amount of excitement among fans. This match is particularly notable as it will be the first time that Tiger and Rory will directly compete against each other. The pairings for the teams have added to the intrigue, with other notable names like Kevin Kisner, Keegan Bradley, and Adam Scott joining the fray.

The TGL match between Tiger and Rory will be played on a simulated nine-hole course, with additional live shots around the putting green. This unique format adds an exciting twist to traditional golf tournaments, making it a must-watch event for golf enthusiasts. The high TV ratings from previous matches indicate a growing interest in the TGL format, as fans eagerly await the outcome of this historic showdown between two golfing legends.

Overall, the TGL match between Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy promises to be an exhilarating event, with ESPN providing comprehensive coverage for viewers both on TV and online. The star-studded lineups, the innovative format, and the competition between two of golf’s biggest names make this match a highlight of the TGL season. As the anticipation builds, golf fans around the world are eagerly awaiting the outcome of this exciting showdown between two golfing icons.
